The body and
mind are incredible. Just think of what you
accomplish, and probably take for granted, in
one day. Most of us are able to get up and
walk, or run whenever we want. We can lift
things, we can swallow, we can talk, we can
remember things, we can use our brains to work
out solutions to problems. But when it comes to
our health, we tend to let others take
care of us.
Can we help
our body to heal itself? Not everyone agrees,
but more and more are realizing the power that
our bodies hold. Often, when something goes
wrong it is our body's way of letting us know
that perhaps, we need to sleep more, or rest
more, that we are stressing it too
much.
